Acoustic Slats

The work focused on introducing acoustic slatted surfaces as part of a broader workplace refinement, helping meeting areas, collaboration zones and circulation points feel more composed and visually connected. Rather than reading as a technical add-on, the intervention was treated as an integrated design element that added texture, depth and a calmer spatial character.

Attention was given to proportion, tone and repeat so the slatted language felt deliberate across the space. This created a cleaner backdrop for lighting, furniture and branding while also supporting better sound control in active office environments.

Our team assisted with product selection, finish direction and specification, helping translate the acoustic requirement into a solution that also delivered a premium interior result. We supported decisions around slat profile, timber tone and application areas so the material would work equally well from a performance and aesthetic standpoint.

We also helped coordinate how the slatted elements sat alongside lighting and surrounding finishes, ensuring the final installation felt balanced, durable and appropriate for daily commercial use.
