Her background gives her a practical understanding of how products, materials, and client needs come together in real interiors. At VALÀ, Stephanie supports clients through the showroom journey with a focus on clear guidance, thoughtful product selection, and a well-managed customer experience.

Matthew is the driving force leading our Business Development Division. Always eager to connect, Matthew thrives on understanding our customer's unique business landscapes and offering them tailored solutions. With a rich 9-year journey in sales and business development, a technical background in electrical and electronics and a passion for design, he now nurtures, develops and expands VALÀ relationships with both clients and suppliers.

Shawn is our meticulous Lighting Division Manager and Lighting Design Specialist, and a strong asset within our contract team, boasting an impressive decade of experience. Blessed with an unwavering work ethic, Shawn is a problem solver who consistently offers guidance and support. His commitment to excellence is undeniable, as he diligently collaborates with clients and suppliers to discern the optimal solutions for a diverse array of spaces.

Shawn's profound expertise in lighting and his love for design make for a potent combination, ensuring that every space he works on is nothing short of exceptional.

Michelle joined the team as HR & Office Manager, bringing years of HR experience and being professionally qualified in HR Management. With a people-focused and forward-thinking approach, she is passionate about building positive workplace cultures, supporting employee wellbeing and creating an environment where both individuals and teams can thrive.

Liudmila is the one creating seamless connections with clients, architects, and designers to make things happen. Her dedication to excellence is unwavering, and she thrives in the world of blueprints and bold ideas, ensuring that every brief not only meets but exceeds expectations. Liudmila's dedication and knowledge keep our lighting and furniture work shining bright.

Originally from Italy and based in Malta for the past 12 years, Daniela brings over a decade of experience across residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Specialising in interior design, project management, joinery design and contractor coordination, she combines creative vision with technical expertise to deliver spaces that are both functional and beautifully crafted.

As an Architect and Interior Designer at VALÀ, Daniela is dedicated to creating tailored environments that reflect each client’s lifestyle and aspirations. She guides every project from concept development through to completion.

With over 20 years of international experience in kitchen design, interior styling, and bespoke furniture solutions, Enza brings a sophisticated and client-focused approach to every project. After spending more than a decade working in London, she has built extensive expertise in creating elegant, functional, and beautifully tailored kitchens designed around each client’s lifestyle.

With a strong background in Product and Interior Design, Enza’s expertise extends beyond kitchens, having also designed and custom-made furniture solutions for entire apartments - creating cohesive living spaces where every detail is thoughtfully considered.

At VALÀ, Enza combines creativity, technical precision, and a passion for timeless design to deliver inspiring interiors with a refined and personalised touch.

With an academic background in architectural design and experience in lighting design, Milica brings together architectural knowledge and creative lighting solutions. Her experience spans a variety of projects, allowing her to work across different design contexts and develop a versatile approach to lighting and spatial design.

Since joining VALÀ, she has consistently delivered exceptional work, demonstrating creativity, professionalism and strong attention to detail.

With 18 years of experience in the retail and interior design industry, William has built his career around helping clients create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. He began by selling custom-designed gifts before moving into the bathroom and flooring sector, where he specialised in bathroom design, ceramic and porcelain tiles, and interior finishes.

For the past nine years, William has specialised in furniture design. He began as a Sales and Design Consultant and, through his dedication and experience, progressed to his current role as Senior Sales and Design Consultant. He designs and supplies customised kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, wardrobes and other furniture solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs.

William believes that every project starts with listening. His priority is to understand each client’s lifestyle, preferences and budget, as well as the potential of their space. By combining creativity with practical design solutions, he aims to bring each client’s vision to life, make the best use of every centimetre and deliver exceptional value.

Whether working with homeowners, interior designers or architects, William enjoys building lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism and attention to detail. Seeing an idea evolve into a finished space that clients truly love is what motivates him every day.

With a lifelong passion for electronics and audio, Mark began building circuits and running mobile disco events as a teenager. After qualifying as an Electronics Engineer, he worked with two of Malta’s leading consumer electronics companies before becoming a qualified Sound Engineer.

Today, as Audio Division Manager at VALÀ, he draws on decades of technical expertise and hands-on experience to deliver tailored audio solutions for clients across residential and commercial projects.

Originally from Macedonia, Goran has been living in Malta for over three years. As VALÀ’s Warehouse Manager, he brings a responsible and organised approach to his role, with a strong focus on teamwork, efficiency and maintaining high standards across daily operations.

Vernon has diverse professional experience across surveying, project management, team leadership, warehouse operations and furniture design. Throughout his career, he has developed strong technical, organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills while working in fast-paced and demanding environments.

His surveying experience includes site measurements, interpreting technical drawings, collecting field data and ensuring projects meet design specifications and quality standards. In leadership and project management roles, he has supervised teams, coordinated resources and schedules, managed operational challenges and ensured work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Vernon’s varied background has taught him to adapt quickly, work effectively with different teams and consistently deliver high-quality results. He is committed to continuous learning, professional development and making a positive contribution to the organisation.

With extensive experience in aftersales management, Lara oversees the daily coordination and management of furniture deliveries, installations and aftersales operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence and customer satisfaction. Her responsibilities include planning, creating and adjusting delivery and installation schedules, allocating resources, coordinating installation teams and ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes. She provides leadership and direction to the team, establishes clear objectives, monitors performance and ensures operational targets are consistently achieved.

Alongside managing the delivery and installation of newly purchased furniture, Lara oversees all aspects of aftersales service, including customer enquiries, complaint resolution, service coordination and follow-up activities. Through effective planning, proactive problem-solving, strong team leadership and continuous process improvement, she works to optimise operational performance, maintain high service standards, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.

With 9 years of experience in the furniture industry, Christiana brings strong expertise in supplier relationship management, purchasing, and process efficiency, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day purchasing operations.

At VALÀ, Christiana manages our Purchasing Department, overseeing daily purchasing requirements, coordinating with the team, and ensuring orders are placed and arrive on time. She builds and maintains strong relationships with our existing suppliers while continuously identifying new suppliers and opportunities to support the company’s needs.
