M31 Boutique Suites

The work focused on shaping guest rooms and supporting interior spaces that feel refined, restful and immediately welcoming. Bedrooms, lighting and furniture selections were treated as part of a unified hospitality language, with particular care given to ambience, texture and ease of maintenance.

The overall atmosphere was designed to feel elevated without becoming formal, creating accommodation that reads as both contemporary and quietly distinctive.

Our team assisted with the curation of furniture and lighting pieces that strengthened the boutique identity of the suites. We helped guide the specification of bedroom elements, occasional pieces and lighting accents that added warmth while meeting the operational requirements of hospitality use.

Coordination around finishes, proportions and suitability helped ensure the final scheme offered both a memorable guest impression and dependable day-to-day performance.
